Everyone know founder of Reliance .yes, he is Dhirubhai Ambani .He was not from business family. So how he started  his own business lets find out.when he was 16 year old he moved to Yemen and work there as a  normal Clerk but after some time he feel uncomfortable there.So he returned back India and started business with his one friend Champaklal Damani.but both of them have different view so they decided to split their business. Ambani did not give up his hope and continued his business.
Now, every one know Reliance and  dhirubhai ambani .he have two son Anil ambani and Mukesh Ambani. who Continue his business after Dhirubhai ambani.

FEW EXCUSES OF HEALTH

There are several many people working out in the gym.Some come for looking good,some come for reduce weight/gain weight and some come for maintaining their body.but some people have some excuses they do not want to do anything for their health .So what are those excuses .let see one by one.

1.No time /busy too much:-Today we all know that life has become so fast that there are too many thing to be done and have little time.Some are busy in friends,society, job etc.Some work till late   evening and Some work till mid night.So everyone is busy they have no time for their health.but research proof that even 10 min of exercise can provide important health benefits.So give minimum 10 minutes for your health .

2.Every one is busy in making money:Today everyone is running behind the money they work hard for earning money.but they not doing anything for their health.Specially in official jobs they started work at 9:00 am and work till mid night so they sit all the time on Chair.Some people already have too much money but still they running behind the money they totally ignore their health they thing everything is money.but as per my view health is everything .that is why we say"health is wealth".because if you have too much money but have poor health then money is useless. So give some time for your health .

3.Some people are lazy:-I Seen many people who don't want to do any thing they are totally lazy.even they have time but still they don't want to do hard work Specially in Asian(except in china) country.So this is the big problem.

4.Some people are shy :yes this is biggest excuses many people shy specially those are too fat/too thin.they feel uncomfortable to go gym they think will people will laugh on them.but if they always think about that they can't reduce /increase weight.So just go for gym without any tension.i am sure you will get change soon in your body.

8 GERNAL TIPS

1.Stop Smoking:


we all know that smoking is not good for health and there is no benefit from smoking.Smoking cause many disease also so why we do it.So you should stop this.

2.Drink water:


Water include many valuable nutrients,minerals,and chemicals which transports them to different part of body.so if you are 60 kg weight you should drink 2 litres of water in a day.and if you are 90 kg weight you should drink 3 litres water in a day.In short we can say water is life.


3.Sleeping:




your body need daily 6 to 8 hours for Sleeping so that body regenerate again and you feel fresh on next day.However amount of sleep needed to function the next day varies from one person to another
but still 6 to 8 hours is needed for health.

4.Laugh :


laugh is good for health it is proof by many institute .it keep us young so try to laugh as much as possible.

5.Reduce alcohol:


Alcohol cause relationship,money and health problems that mean no benefit from alcohol than why you take it .if you stop this then you will be able to safe your  relationship,money,and health.

6.Reduse Stress:


Stress is major killer of body.Stress may be due to following reason work late night,No sleep,fear,debt,job work,health,No employment, etc.In this case man feel tired,sick,lonely Chance of brain hemorrhage and also many health problem.So stop stressing and start living.


7.Body changes and pain:
 

if you feel body changes and pain do not ignore this .it may be danger for you.go for checking or talk with consultant.following reason for body changes alcohol,tobacco,stress,caffeine,diabetes,kidney disease,spicy food.

8.Health Test:

Heath Test is Necessary for us.it may be at every 3 month or at every 6 month.So that we can detect any problem/disease in our body.Body temperature, Blood pressure,Sugar are the three things which 
decrease and increase very Speedily and these all three things are very important for our body they should be in normal.Increase and decrease in any of these three things may be danger for our life.So health test is very important.
